"No Internet, Secured" when waking up from sleep/hibernate mode of ThinkPad P14s Windows 11

Why do I often encounter the following problem when I wake up from sleep/hibernate mode of Windows 11 on my ThinkPad P14s? My wifi connection shows "No Internet, Secured". I switch off and switch on the Wifi or disconnect and connect the network but none of the solution works. I have to restart my computer in order to get back internet connection. This is very irritating. Is there a way to solve this issue besides restarting the Windows 11?

Go to Device Manager>Network adapters, right click on your network adapter in use>Properties, click on the Power Management tab, uncheck the checkbox: "Allow the computer to turn off this device to save power". Click on the Advanced tab and disable any power saving options. If there is an option MIMO Power Save Mode, set it to No SMPS. Specify the exact model of your network card or go to Device Manager expand network adapters and post the screenshot.

There is no Power Management tab under >Properties. However, I managed to set MIMO Power Save Mode to No SMPS. Will monitor and see if the problem still persists.Thanks.
