No bootable device found on windows 10 SSD

1. I mistakenly deleted a profile from users on the windows 10 OS. Hp 840 G4

2. I decided to do a system restore  point which I choose the last system restore point but still could not find any files deleted files on the missing profiles

3. I got another pc of hp 840 g4 and installed windows 10 OS in SATA hard disk and also installed software Recovery Data EaseUS.

4. I pulled out SSD drive that I mistakenly deleted the profile from the OS on the pc

and inserted it on the newly pc that has the data recovery, to enable me access the SSD and run the data recovery

5. After running the data recovery, I was able to get old files and not the recent files

6. Then I decided to insert the SSD drive to is own pc to undo the restore point but could no longer access the system with error message "No bootable device found.

Question

1. Please how can I gain access to the OS and do a system restore point, to the point were the profile was mistakenly deleted ?

Are you certain you've taken the step to go into your bios to select your HDD as the new boot device and not your installation media?

Please I want to know if it is possible after running a date recovery on the SSD (HDD) from another pc

and when it is insert on its own pc is coming up with no bootable device found.

Am still trying to get into the BIOS, not accepting my password.

My question is this,

1. Can the OS on the SSD drive be repaired even when is showing "no bootable device found"?

2. Can I do a system restore point to the point which the profile was deleted?

So I can run a data recovery to get the recent files back

Perform the following steps:

1) Open the website for the computer manufacturer > support > software and drivers https://support.hp.com/us-en/drivers > enter the product or serial number or model > select the operating system > view drivers > post a URL or hyperlink into the thread

2) Find two flash drives that you can format (> or = 8GB)

3) Create a bootable windows 10iso:

https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/windows10

https://www.tenforums.com/tutorials/9230-download-windows-10-iso-file.html

4) Create a bootable Ubuntu flash drive:

https://tutorials.ubuntu.com/tutorial/tutorial-create-a-usb-stick-on-windows#0

5) Backup all important files to another drive or to the cloud:

https://www.pcworld.com/article/2147063/linux-to-the-rescue-how-ubuntu-can-help-a-computer-in-distress.html

6) Download and install HD Sentinel:  (free or trial edition)

https://www.hdsentinel.com/hard_disk_sentinel_linux.php

Post images of the test results for each tab into the thread using share links (one drive, drop box, or google drive)

7) Power on the computer and repetitively click the F2 key > open the HP UEFI BIOS diagnostics > run the available tests > use a camera or smartphone camera to take a picture and post an image into the thread

(Most HP computers come with default HP UEFI diagnostics to test RAM and drive)  (If you updated the HP UEFI diagnostics you may have options to perform extensive or loop until failure testing:  if you see these options then run these tests and post images of the results into the thread) (please use one drive, drop box, or google drive share links)

8) After the above steps the bootable Windows 10 iso can be used to troubleshoot the boot failure.
