No audio output device installed.

Hello.

I have translated my question into English. Sorry if I made any typos..

I have a problem with the audio on my computer. I decided to format it and install Windows 10 again, I downloaded all the updates and updated all the drivers from Windows Update, but the sound icon with a red "x" still appears on the taskbar and when you hover over it, it says "No audio output device installed."

My computer is an Asus K556UQ, BIOS version X556UQK. In addition to updating the drivers from Windows Update, I have also entered the Asus website and downloaded and installed the audio drivers, but it still doesn't work.

Hi, good day! I'm John Dev a Windows user like you and I'll be happy to assist you today. I know this has been difficult for you, Rest assured, I'm going to do my best to help you.

Please visit your manufacturer's support page again. Download and install all the latest drivers for your device.

Kind regards,

If performing a Reset this PC did not work and most methods fail, you may need to consider performing a Clean Installation of Windows 10.

Download the Media Creation tool (Click Download tool now). Use the tool to "Create installation media (USB flash drive at least 8GB in size) to install Windows 10". Instructions inside the link.
