No audio devices detected

I tried to update my realtek audio driver. The update failed and since then, my lenovo ideapad does not detect the audio device. I tried reinstalling the driver. It would finish successfully, but there is still no sound. The realtek audio device is not detected in the device manager. I tried troubleshooting, but doing so would hit a wall when the troubleshooter would ask to connect the audio device. It's a laptop! Using Bluetooth headphones work fine, and the laptop mic is okay. It's just the speakers that are the problem. Can anyone help me?
