Network connection lost few minutes after startup on Windows 11

I have been using Windows 11 for a couple of weeks now and I haven't had any major issues so far except Windows Explorer not starting up correctly on Windows startup. Today my network connection started acting weird; connection is lost after about 10 minutes after startup. Network connection starts working normally again after reboot. Also i cannot connect to Wifi networks at all. Other devices at my home can connect to network normally.

What I have done so far:

- reinstalled network drivers

- ipconfig /flushdns/renew/release

- network settings reset

- checked for Windows updates

- changed DNS settings to Google

- sfc /scannow

There is no option to "Go back" on Windows Recovery settings. I have MSI Tomahawk B450 MAX motherboard with AMD Ryzen 5 3600 processor. I haven't done any changes to my setup recently. I didn't notice this issue yesterday.

What can I do? Please help! I needed to boot my PC once while I was writing this issue.

Edit: I found out also that my Windows Defender or Windows Security may not be working correctly: when I try to open for example "View Security Dashboard" I get this:

I managed to get Windows Security working with some PowerShell commands but what I found out today is that Google Chrome won't launch anymore and this was even before PS commands.

Edit: Google Chrome issue fixed:

1. Tried to open chrome.exe from Program FIles (x86) folder > NOTHING

2. Opened chrome.exe as an administrator > new shortcut called "new_chrome.exe" appeared to the folder.

3. Opened Chrome from new_chrome.exe > CHROME IS WORKING

My internet connection still goes down few minutes after startup and my taskbar icons wont show up until I restart Windows Explorer.

I didn't find any Critical/Warning events on Events Manager regarding this issue.

My current Realtek PCIe GbE driver is dated for 31-Jan-21 and driver version is 1.0.0.13 and I have Windows11 build 22000.194.
