Net.Framework Error

so i want to install my net.framework 4.6 but it says the update corresponding to KB2919355 needs to be installed before you can install this product on Windows 8.1 or Windows Server 2012 R2. and i check on internet how to check if you have that KB2919355 and it said if there's search icon near my account then you already installed it and i have the icon but i still can't install the net.framework

And i have proof that i have it

This issue usually occurs when there are corrupted installation of supported .NET Framework versions.  To address your concern, you can run the Microsoft .NET Framework Repair Tool.  This tool detects frequently occurring issues that affect the Microsoft .NET Framework setup or updates.

If in case you see any of the following Windows Update errors when you try to install the Windows 8.1 Update or Windows RT 8.1 Update (KB 2919355), you can follow the steps provided on this link to troubleshoot problems installing the update.
