Netflix keeps crashing on Windows 10 Pro

Few months ago I updated windows and a little bit after that the Netflix App would not load.  Tried to update it uninstall it and reinstall it.  Nothing works.

It will not update nor can it be deleted from remove programs

Screen shot is from attempting to update the App

And the screenshot from attempting to uninstall it.

I have run the Microsoft trouble shooter and it did not work either, video drivers are updated along with Windows 10

I tried this twice once in an attempt to run the program, then again in an attempt to delete the app from my surface.  When I try to uninstall it get the following issue

Is there a way to remove the program/files associated with this manually and then try to reinstall?
