netflix install Win 7 Media Center > netflix install download hangs at 27% then crashes

I am at my wits end . Microsoft knows about all of the problems but has no answers in support

I am running Windows 7 Home Premium and everything is up to date. When I click on internet TV is does work on the other selections. When I click on Netflix it brings the option to install, I click install and it looks like it is loading and bam it hangs at 27% everytime. Then it brings up the old "Media Center Has Stopped Worlking" searching for a solution window and after a bit it shuts down and restarts media center. PLEASE HELP
