Need Bluetooth Driver for Sony Vaio running Windows 7

Hello Microsoft,

 

My Sony Vaio Laptop is using Windows 7 64 bit.

In the Device Manager I found one item with an "Exclaimation Mark" right next to "Bluetooth Peripherial Device" under Other Devices.

From the properties I found out that one item is within a problem and is located on "Microsoft Bluetooth Enumerator". 

I tried to perform Windows Update to get the driver but it says no update available, and I can't find the driver online because I don't know what version I'm looking for or anything, could anyone help?

Is the driver you're looking for listed here?

http://www.sony.co.uk/support/en/product/VPCCA2S1E_/specifications

 

In Device Manager, right click on Microsoft Bluetooth Enumerator

Select Properties

Select Driver Tab

There you will see information regarding driver version, driver provider, etc..

 

What is the Bluetooth device needing the driver?  A Windows Phone?

Check the phone manufacturer's site
