My wifi wont work after connecting an ethernet cable to my PC

Hello,

So I am having an issue with my computer which is the wifi not working and i believe this had to do with an ethernet cable because my computer worked perfectly and one day I decided to connect an ethernet cable to my computer and it worked normally but then I disconnected it because I went to move somewhere else when I turned the computer on I would connect to the wifi but it would say no internet secured even tho the rest of the electronics in my house worked perfectly fine im kinda stressing out hard because I've tried everything but nothing but one thing very strange is that sometimes it connects and shows connected and internet but when I go to the browser it doesn't work i have antennas on the pc but I'm sure those aren't the issue I think it has to do with a setting or something like that ??? sorry if i just blabbered on I'm stressed

I am also using Windows 10 pc. Let us work together to sort this out.

Here's the steps you can try.

-Press Windows key + X
-Go to Settings
-Click Update and Security
-Click Troubleshooter then Additional troubleshooter.
-Look for Internet Connection and run the troubleshooter.

Once done proceed with these steps.
-Press Windows key + X
-Go to Device Manager
-Expand the Network Adapters
-Look for Wireless driver that was installed
-Right click and Update
-Look for "Browse my computer for driver
-Let me pick drivers available drivers
-Choose an old driver and use it.

Reset Network Settings
Open Settings.
Click on Network & Internet.
Click on Status.
Under the "Change your network settings" section, click the Network reset option.
Click the Reset now button.
Click the Yes button.

-Click Start, type CMD and run as administrator
-Copy and paste each of the command below and hit enter.

netsh int ip reset

netsh advfirewall reset

netsh winsock reset

ipconfig / flushdns

ipconfig / release

ipconfig / renew


If issue persist, let's download the updated driver from the manufacturers website.
What is the exact model of your computer?

To check the system model proceed with these steps.
-Press Windows key + R
-Type msinfo32 and hit enter.
-Look for the System Model and post it here.

Once downloaded and installed, restart your computer and check.
