Hi,
I have looked into the issue, and based on my understanding, please follow the solution outlined below.
First, please check if your configuration is correct by referring to this guide:
Connect to a VPN in Windows (
https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/con...).
Next, try resetting your network settings and firewall:
To perform a network reset:
1. Select Start > Settings > Network & internet > Advanced network settings > Network reset.
2. On the Network reset screen, select Reset now and then Yes to confirm.
(I’ve attached a screenshot to help guide you through this process.)
To reset the firewall:
1. Type Control Panel in the Start menu search bar and select the best match.
2. Click the View by drop-down menu and select either Small icons or Large icons.
3. Select Windows Defender Firewall from the menu.
4. Click the Restore defaults option on the left-hand side and follow the on-screen instructions.
(I’ve also attached a screenshot for this step.)
Additionally, if the issue persists, ensure that the default gateway setting is unchecked.
To do this:
1. Navigate to Control Panel > Network & Internet > Network & Sharing Center > Change Adapter Settings.
2. Right-click the VPN connection adapter, and select Properties.
3. Click on the Networking tab.
4. Double-click on Internet Protocol Version 4 (TCP/IPv4).
5. Choose Properties > Advanced, and go to IP Settings.
6. Uncheck Use default gateway on the remote network.
7. Click OK to save the changes.
I hope these steps help resolve your issue. If you need further assistance, please let me know.
Best regards,
Arvind
