My safe search is locked on browsers and windows settings, and it's managed by an organization, how do I disable this so I have control again

Hi, in regards to this issue, I've been trying to figure out ways to disable the safe search on my computer, which is locked on strict. I've tried changing my browser from Microsoft Bing, to Microsoft edge, to Google, and to Duck Duck Go, all of these browsers have the same thing, a strict safe search with no option to turn it off.

Then also when I try to click into certain links, it forces me to send a request to a family group administrator, which I previouslyleft another family group I didn't know I was apart of until yesterday. Now I'm the only member in such Microsoft family group, except I never got that request.

So I decided to look into the windows settings, which Also has the same issue, it's stuck on strict, I can change it, but when I leave that tab and go back into it, it goes back to strict. At the top of Privacy & Permissions, within the search permissions tab where you find the safe search options, it also says "some of these settings are managed by the organization. Which I have no idea what organization that is, I've tried implementing cmd commands to try and remove such things but still hasn't worked.

Should I just make a new microsoft account, or a new good account, or is there a way to actually fix this frustrating issue.

This did not resolve the issue, whether its Google, DuckDuckGo, or whatever other browser, the Safe search is still locked on Strict. This is also still the case for my windows settings, still showing the settings are managed by an organization and the strict is still locked in.

This is a picture from my windows settings...

And this is from Google when the safesearch button is in the top right corner.

If this is also affecting your Windows settings:

Open the Settings App.

Go to Accounts.

Select Emails and Accounts, is there is a work or school Email listed there?

Select Access Work or School, is there is a work or school Email listed there?

Click your Start Button, then just type cmd

On the resulting list, right click Command Prompt and select 'run as Administrator'

Paste each of these commands into Command one at a time and press Enter, wait for each command to complete, before running the next command, if you receive an error on any command, ignore that and continue to the next command.

reg delete "HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies" /f

reg delete "HKLM\Software\Microsoft\WindowsSelfHost" /f

reg delete "HKLM\Software\Policies" /f

reg delete "HKLM\Software\WOW6432Node\Microsoft\Policies" /f

reg delete "HKLM\Software\WOW6432Node\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies" /f

reg delete "HKLM\SOFTWARE\Policies\Microsoft\Windows Defender" /v DisableAntiSpyware

reg delete "HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies" /f

reg delete "HKCU\Software\Microsoft\WindowsSelfHost" /f

reg delete "HKCU\Software\Policies" /f

reg delete "HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Policies" /f

Then, close Command Prompt and restart (not shut down) your PC.

So in regards to those commands, i've already done it, i did those not to long ago and it didnt fix the issue. I tried doing it before when i looked on youtube to get rid of the "settings are managed by the organization," thing. Also didn't work for that either.

At this point, i might just create a new microsoft account for my laptop

If those steps did not solve this and there is no work or school account linked to your PC perhaps for software installation, then creating a new user account will be the best option.
