My profile picture is mostly blank with only the top showing.

My profile picture is mostly blank with only the top showing. I tried compressing it thinking it was too large. It also does not show when I reload the page and restart my computer.

Bro, I tried everything to fix it but nothing works for me. I hope Microsoft will fix the issue as soon as possible.

I tried to fix it by changing the profile pictures alot of times but it still wont work or me can someone help me
