My Pictures have turned into white document images as i was uploading a new one is there a way to fix?I was told to fix it using my display driver but i dont see it

I wanna fix this without reseting my computer i am sry if this is annyoing i just need these pictures.

Hi Hagan,

You're actually in the right direction. On your Device Manager (as shown on the screenshot you've provided), just click the arrow (>) next to the Display adapter category to expand it. Once you see your graphics card, just right-click it and click Properties. Click the Driver tab, then Update Driver.

You may also refer to the link, Update drivers in Windows 10 for more options.

Let us know how it goes.

Regards.

I have always just right clicked the picture, selected "open with" then whatever program I wanted to use then checked "always open with this program". All photos fell in line.

Hi Valdemar,

We'd like to verify some information to help us sort out your problem. Where do you see your photos fell in line? Are you seeing it in File Explorer? If so, then there's a possibility that your photos were set to be viewed in Tiles. If you want to change how your photos appear in File Explorer, just click View on the top to see other options.

Looking forward to your reply.

Regards.
