My pc won't start after factory reset

Hello, i've factory reset my laptop and now it has shut down and on and i can see the logo of my computer for about 10 seconds and it goes away and then it goes to a black screen with samething rotating and this won't stop it just rotates and my computer won't start. Now it is about 12 hours that my computer won't start. Can you please help me. Oh and it has windows 10.

Just a thought, there was an old bug that was known to cause this!

Are there any USB devices plugged into your laptop (especially a wireless mouse or keyboard USB receiver), if so unplug all USB devices, press and hold the power button for 5 - 10 seconds to perform a Hard Shut Down, then restart your system . . .
