Hi, and thanks for reaching out. My name is Bernard a Windows fan like you. I'll be happy to help you out today.

I understand the issue you have, nothing to worry I am here to help, and just to confirm can you still use the affected device? if so, we need to analyze the error, can you please check the System logs on the PC so that we can further examine what is the root cause of the issue?

To do this kindly follow the steps from this link:

Then please upload it to Cloud storage and please share the shareable link here.

Hi, thanks for replying, in that case, let us run the repair first, kindly follow the steps below:

Method 1. Repair Windows Store and app:

On Powershell(admin), copy and paste the command below:

Get-AppXPackage | Foreach {Add-AppxPackage -DisableDevelopmentMode -Register "$($_.InstallLocation)\AppXManifest.xml"}

Then hit Enter, once the process is done, restart the PC and check.

If none will work from the above solution, I suggest doing an in-place upgrade wherein it will upgrade the device to the latest version and repair all issues without deleting any files.

Note: before doing this make sure to create a restore point: https://support.microsoft.com/en-hk/help/402753...

1. go to this link: https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-downlo...

2. Select Download Now, and select Run. You need to be an administrator to run this tool.

3. On the License terms page, if you accept the license terms, select Accept.

4. On the What do you want to do? page, select Upgrade this PC now, and then select Next.

5. After downloading and installing, it should fix the issue.

Okay got it done. If same thing happens to anyone, dont even bother to try anything said up there. I just changed the startup HDD to second one and it works like a charm. I think the first one is just slow so If you dont have 2 hdds, buy a faster one and use it as primary one with Windows on it. But thanks you Bernard for trying to help me brother :3
