My PC screen continously popping the error C:\Users\*****\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Windows\trehhebf\ivrgdruw.exe

I tried to download Adobe photoshop cs6 and installed the software. From then, my PC is popping the screen as in the below image showing error C:\Users\*****\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Windows\trehhebf\ivrgdruw.exe and asking me to enter correct name.

Kindly help me, I'm helpless.

C:\Users\***********\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Windows\trehhebf\ivrgdruw.exe is threating me by popping up on my screen continuously, I don't know what to do? I am expecting technical assistance from the microsoft. Please do not ignore this Question, I'm looking forward for your suggestions.

Hi Chay,

This error message usually occurs due to corrupted system files. We recommend you to run System File Checker tool to scan and restore corrupted files. Simply follow the steps on how to run SFC scan provided on this link. If issue persist, try reinstalling the program.

First of all, Thank you so much Donna for your valuable suggestion.

I have tries as per the instructions mentioned in that post but, there is no change. I've attached the image of the results. Screen still popping the same error as I posted earlier. Could you please suggest something else to rectify this issue?

We appreciate the update. Have you tried to reinstall the program as well? For further troubleshooting, we advised you to perform clean boot to isolate non-Microsoft services from running. Follow the steps on this link thoroughly.

In addition, we suggest to run your Windows Defender or any anti-virus program installed on your PC to check for malware and clean it.

Hi Chay, my PC suffered the same infection, when I opened a software concealing high level viruses. If your problem persists here is "Malwarebytes" effective and powerful anti-malware that will surely heal your computer system. Download from its official website https://www.malwarebytes.com
