My pc randomly shuts down

I've seem to always have an issue with my pc whether it be bsod or just the computer shutting down while gaming. But I decided to upgrade some components and everything usually seems stable for a while but then another issue pops up eventually. The parts I've replaced so far is the gpu, psu, cpu cooler and motherboard but I've also added 2 ram sticks of the same model and an extra ssd aswell. But the most recent part I've replaced was the motherboard and it was fine for like 2 months but recently I've noticed my pc just turns of randomly and it's getting worse to the point it turns off potentially 3 times a day. I don't even need to be doing anything really intensive like today it shut down when I only had steam and discord open. When I got the ssd I also decided it would be a good idea to remove everything from my current hardrives and move the operating system to the new ssd.

I'm just curious what steps I can take to diagnose the issue, I've tried looking at the event viewer after a crash and the only error I find is one about secure boot update failed, I don't know if this is the cause of the crash or a product of it. Cheers

Hi, I am Dave, I will help you with this.

Please check to see if your PC is producing any minidump files, I will check those to see if they provide any insight into a potential cause of the system crashes.

Open Windows File Explorer.

Navigate to C:\Windows\Minidump

Copy any minidump files onto your Desktop, then zip those up.

Upload the zip file to the Cloud (OneDrive, DropBox... etc.), then choose to share those and get a share link.

Then post the link here to the zip file, so we can take a look for you.

Sure thing, there are only 2 files but thats probably because I recently changed the OS to the new ssd and wiped my other 2 harddrives

Thanks for taking the time out of your day to look at these

Your minidump files indicate it is the AMD graphics drivers causing your system to crash.

Completely remove the current AMD graphics driver using the widely available free DDU utility, then restart your PC and go to the support page for your PC on the manufacturer's website to download and install their recommended version of the AMD graphics driver.

A slightly older version of that driver is more stable than the latest version.

Sweet thank you, I'll probably try that out later tonight. I'm very curious though what steps did you take to diagnose the issue?

I use a few utilities to analyse dump file data to find the underlying cause of the system crashing, it is a complex process.
