My pc randomly freezes, can’t use ctrl + alt + del, I have to hard reset

It starts with the windows I have open saying not responding, i can’t click anything even on the taskbar, then a window pops up saying “App not responding, Do you want to end it?” But even if I click end process it doesn’t do anything.

Anything I type doesn’t work either like the ctrl + alt+ del shortcut. I can move my mouse tho but it has the rotating blue circle icon.

I’ve tried various fixes like the DISM cleanup but nothing worked I always have to hard reset my pc.

Sorry I’m responding late, I didn’t check my email.

So I’ll give you some additional info:

It usually happens when I play a game

(I play in windowed mode, but I don’t know if that has to do something with it).

I can click on things inside the game, it runs good (sometimes I have a higher ping) until I minimize it than other open app crash with my pc, also even tho the game works I can’t use shortcuts like alt + tab.

I don’t think I installed anything that could cause this.

And yes when I turn it off using the button, and then boot it ups again it works perfectly fine

Ok, now it happens EVERYTIME right after I start my pc, meaning I can’t even use it.

I’ve find out it is because my cpu usage is on 100% and usually when I play fortnite, or now almost everytime. Could you tell me what should i do?
