    Hey Fabian!

Nice to meet you! I'm Darhyl, an Independent Advisor. I'm sorry you are experiencing this with your Microsoft account being compromised.

Just a gentle reminder that we are only Microsoft users like you here in the community. We are not Microsoft employees and we do not have tools to access any Microsoft system.

Unfortunately, if the email address of the account was changed by the hacker, there is no more working method to recover the Microsoft account and Microsoft Support cannot help either.

I understand that you want to reach out to Microsoft Support. You may follow these steps according to Independent Advisor [Suejin]: https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/for...

"You can contact a Microsoft representative via the following:

    Phone: https://support.microsoft.com/help/4051701

    Chat: https://support.microsoft.com/contactus

**When doing a chat, state your concern and decline all the suggestions by the automated response until you get a link to Talk to a person."

Thank you for your kindness and understanding.

    Best regards,

    Darhyl
