My laptop won’t start up

We have tried all the options within troubleshooting

I am Dave, I will help you with this.

Go back into the Troubleshooting options, select Command Prompt

Run each of these commands one at a time an press Enter after each one.

bootrec.exe /rebuildbcd

bootrec.exe /fixmbr

bootrec.exe /fixboot

sfc /scannow

When that command completes, restart your PC.

I have done all those and am gonna restart now. On the fixboot command it came up access denied and on the last sfc one it said windows resource protection could not perform the requested operation

Okay, then, you will need to create a bootable Windows 10 USB on another working PC and boot your PC from that, then rather than installing Windows 10, select ‘Repair this Computer’ that will give you access to the Recovery Environment from there and try all options from there.

https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-downlo...
to download the Media Creation Tool (Click on Download Tool Now), with that you can download the latest Windows 10 ISO (Select Create Installation Media for Another PC), you can create a bootable USB flash drive (min 8GB) using that tool

Then, Boot your PC from the Installation Media you just created (change Boot Order in your BIOS)

Thanks I’ll grab a flash drive I’m the morning and give it a try fingers xd it works cus it will be cheaper than taking it somewhere to be repaired x
