My Laptop keeps crashing and freezing

My system freezes while I am using it. It gives me either CLOCK_WATCHDOG_TIMEOUT BSOD or UNEXPECTED_STORE EXCEPTION BSOD. Sometimes it doesn't even go to the blue screen and stays frozen indefinitely. Please can someone help me.

Hi, I am Dave, I will help you with this.

Please check to see if your PC is producing any minidump files, I will check those to see if they provide any insight into a potential cause of the system crashes.

Open Windows File Explorer.

Navigate to C:\Windows\Minidump

Copy any minidump files onto your Desktop, then zip those up.

Upload the zip file to the Cloud (OneDrive, DropBox... etc.), then choose to share those and get a share link.

Then post the link here to the zip file, so we can take a look for you.

Unfortunately, my laptop doesn't produce dump files

Click your Start Button, then just type sysdm.cpl and press Enter.

On the resulting utility, select the Advanced tab.

Click the Settings button in the 'Startup and Recovery' section.

Please change the two settings shown below, then wait for your system to crash and check if there are any new minidump files created from the crashes.

It crashed again. After leaving it for hours, did not restart on its own. So I had to force shut down. I also checked for some dump files, it didn't appear.

When your PC crashed, did it instantly switch off, or did it black screen or blue screen?
