MY laptop isn't working. Only wallpaper is showing no after taskbar show only for 5-6 seconds after start. Start is also not working. Task manager is also not working I can't see anything in windows.

2. Was this working before?
3. Are there any changes recently before this happens?

Please try to enter your PC in safe mode and check if it is working fine there, here's how to enter in safe mode.

Other options is to boot to advanced startup and try to repair your windows, see the link below how.

You can do system restore in advanced startup option if the repair does not fix the issue.

First i would like to answer you your questions which you asked me 

1. This is happening from last night when i was working on my laptop and suddenly screen jammed i went to my task manager but task manager was also stucked then i restarted it since then nothing is showing but Password entering screen is working properly as you can see in this picture.

2. Yaa absolutely fine.

3. No changes happened.

 You suggested me about safe mode but it is also not working cuz I'm not able to open any screen open on my laptop.
