my laptop is Lenovo windows 11, Problem is plugged in but the battery at 0% available shows when ever plugged out it will turn off how can resolve the problem

I would recommend you try the following steps and see if that helps
Step 1: Reset the battery management
Shut down your laptop.
Disconnect the power adapter and remove the battery(if applicable).
Press and hold the power button for about 30 seconds.
Reinsert the battery and reconnect the power adapter.
Turn on your laptop and check if the battery starts charging.
Step 2: Update the driver
Press the Windows key + X and select "Device Manager" from the menu.
Expand the "Batteries" category.
Right-click on the battery driver and select "Update driver."
Choose the option to search automatically for updated driver software.
Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the driver update process.
Step 3: Perform a BIOS update
Visit the official Lenovo support website(https://support.lenovo.com/in/en/solutions/ht50...) and search for your specific laptop model to find the latest BIOS update and instructions on how to install it.
