I crash in every game that I can get to 120 FPS like Valorant, Master Duel or Hitman WoA. I tried to lower their graphics down but it didn't work, instead the problem seems to occur more and more as I play the games. The temperature of my laptop was average 70 or 75, I have been getting several error reports from apps like Epic Games that said "Unsupported Graphic Card, or when Warframe crashed, they took me to a site that said the crash could be faulty RAM, Overheating or Overclocking

Hello there! I am Charity, I'm an Independent Advisor. I'm glad to help you today!

My apologies about that. Have you also checked your Laptop's GPU's temperature? Are you using MSI Afterburner?

    Kind Regards,

    Charity

Thank you for the confirmation. Hmm, let's try doing a clean boot.

Press Windows + R, type msconfig, and press Enter.

In the System Configuration window, go to the Services tab.

Check Hide all Microsoft services, then click Disable all.

Go to the Startup tab and click Open Task Manager.

In Task Manager, disable all startup items.

Close Task Manager, then click OK in System Configuration.

    Restart your computer.

Then, please play normally and let's check if there's any improvements.

I have tried the method you gave to me but it didn't work for long, I played Hitman WoA and it crashed after just some minutes into the gameplay, it freezed then crashed to the desktop, but this time the fans were not as loud as other crashes, and my laptop seems to became hotter than during the gameplay when it crashed. After crashed. I have received two popups that suggested me to install some apps to run something called Gaming Overlay.

After re-entering the said game, my FPS dropped significantly, from 200fps in the main menu to 50fps, from 80fps ingame to less than 40fps, and when I tried to enter the app which I typed the name in the search bar, it didn't work because I could not click anything tho this was fixed by restarting my laptop.

When I restarted my laptop, the bluescreen appeared and it didn't restart my laptop and I had to force shutdown my laptop by holding the power button.

After some checking I realized that after each crash, my NVIDIA graphic card seemed to not be identified anymore as it forced me to use the AMD graphic card to game and there was no other options.

Later I entered the game and checked the temperature, the GPU temp was 71 and CPU temp was 75, and this time my fans were really loud

Thank you for getting back to me. Hmm, this is sounds like your GPU is overheating, then thermal throttling the performance of your games to maintain a certain temperature, then continues to crash. May I ask if your Laptop is still under warranty? If not, I would suggest to replace the thermal paste of the laptop's GPU, and the CPU, clean the vents, maybe also replacing thermal pads of your RAM. If you're not confident in doing so, I would highly suggest to have it serviced by a professional.
