My laptop doesn't turn on after pressing the power button

this problem started a week before, my laptop doesn't turn on even after pressing the power button, I tried removing the battery and powering it directly through the charger but it didn't work, I guessed it must be some software issue so I contacted Dell service center, they checked it and said it's just a common issue due to rainy season sometimes battery gets moistened. after a few hours, I faced the same problem and I again contacted them, they just said it is the same issue and they just said to try the tricks they told me, I'm not satisfied with their work I'm still facing all those same issues, I'm just managing somehow to turn it on but it doesn't turn on that easily, what should I do?

You press the button to turn it on.

Whether the problem is caused by condensation or a faulty button or circuitry we don't know.

I suggest that you either send it to Dell, or take it to a local reputable computer re;pair service IF it is out of Warranty.

One possible solution is to try resetting the laptop. To do this, unplug the laptop and remove the battery if possible. Then hold down the power button for 30 seconds before plugging it back in and turning it on again. If that doesn't work, it may be a hardware issue and you should bring it to a professional for repair.

Do you get any sort of weird/pattern flashes from the LED next to the charge port? If so unplug the charger, and battery hold the power button in for 10 seconds (drains small left over power), reconnect battery/plug in, try powering on. If it doesn't work try removing a RAM stick while it is booting up then reinstall the RAM stick. Make sure you have 2 RAM sticks here as it requires some RAM to startup. I had this same issue on my dell Laptop. I just have dual memory channels (both have an 8 gig RAM stick for a total of 16GB of ram.) While it had no power (don't remember if I had the battery and AC Adapter disconnected or not) then I went to boot it up, and while it was booting up I reinstalled the RAM stick. Came up just fine and now I have no issues.
