After Install, As you can see on the picture, i have no sound device installed. Already try all suggestion method :

1. Update Driver online

2. Uninstall driver, restart, update again

3. Download driver from acer

4. Reinstall windows

All my method are failed to fix this sound problem, is kinda frustating me because i can't work, I use Adobe Premiere for my projects.

Please advise, what should I do. Thank you very very very MUCH :(

Hi, I'm Robinson, an Independent Advisor and a Windows user like you.
This can be a problem with the chipset driver. You can use the Intel:registered: Driver & Support Assistant to install the latest driver. http://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support/...

Good day Carlo TJ

Thank you so much for your help.

I'm sorry for late reply, already bought USB sound card and start my projects again (but I have to use headphone), I started to giving up, but then you came :)

I don't want to ruin step by step progress and I tried step 1 and step 2, but something got me stuck, here's the picture ..

I have to check show hidden devices in View tab to see Sound, video and game controllers item. And there's Microsoft Streaming Service Proxy item on it. Should i click next on this item?

When it was normal, The items on this tab is, Realtek HD Audio and Intel SST Audio. I failed to fix this problem when I installed Intel SST Audio driver. On some Realtek version are failed too but I will download all version and try one by one. I already tried installed Realtek version when it was normal, but it failed too

Ps. Someone said that maybe the problem is the connector from Audio device to mainboard. :(

Thank you Carlo TJ, have a wonderful day and stay safe

Sincerely

Seno
