My HP laptop isn't allowing me to reset or troubleshoot no matter what I do.

My laptop has been stuck on the "repairing disk errors" screen for about three days now, I've tried troubleshooting using the /scannnow command, it didn't work and just started back up on the disk repair screen and then the "automatic disk repairs didn't work" blue screen. I've tried resetting it, once with the local drive, that download got stuck on 2% for about 6ish hours, then I tried resetting again with the cloud download but that one got stuck on 99% for over an hour and a half. I'm assuming theres malware on the laptop but I'd rather try everything I can at home before having to spend money that I don't have right now if there is a way I can fix this on my own.

Find an empty USB drive with at least 8 GB of space and a working computer, then follow the steps below:

1. Click this link: https://www.microsoft.com/software-download/win...
Under Download Windows 11 Disk Image (ISO), Click on "Download tool now."
2. Run the tool, create a bootable USB drive or ISO file, and deselect the 'Use the recommended options for this PC' box to choose the correct language and edition.

Once the process is done:

1. Connect the installation media to your PC.
2. Start your PC and press any key to continue. Click Next > Click Install Now.
3. When the Windows Setup starts, follow the on-screen instructions.

Note: If prompted for a product key, click 'I do not have a product key' and then click Next.

Make sure you install the same edition of Windows 11 (Home or Pro) that you previously had installed to avoid activation issues.
