I have a desktop pc. The internet connects via ethernet goes from the internet box, to my desktop phone, then from the phone to my tower. I just moved around my office and disconnected the ethernet cable that I was originally connected to then to another one. Now that I am connected to the other internet box. I have internet to my phone. But it won't connect to my tower. I made sure everything is plugged in and all the same spots it was before. But it still isn't showing connected.

I'm sorry about that. Let's try to power cycle. Unplug the power cables from your internet box, desktop phone, and PC. Wait for about 30 seconds, then plug them back in, starting with the internet box, followed by the phone, and finally your PC.
Please let me know if this works for you. I'll do my best to respond as soon as possible.
Kind Regards,
Charity
