Hello, MuhMuh
Welcome to the Microsoft Community.
Thank you for your feedback. It seems that your computer wakes up automatically when it is in sleep mode.
First of all thank you for your feedback, it seems that you have done some research, which is great to say that you are a learned scholar, it seems that you have applied the power wake up to view command but there is no information.
I have done some research for you, you can use the event viewer, may have some useful information, you can refer to the screenshot below:

In addition, I also have some new ideas to share with you, for the system side, there are some possible factors, which may have to do with fast boot or motherboard.
For a quick start, you can try turning off:
To turn off Quick Boot in Windows 11, follow these steps:
1. Open the Settings: Click the "Start" button on the taskbar, then click the Settings icon (gear) to open the Settings window.
2. Select the system: In the Settings window, click "System".
Go to Power and Sleep: On the System Settings page, select "Power and Sleep" on the left.
3. More Power Settings: On the right side of the Power and Sleep Settings page, find and click "Additional Power Settings."
4. Change the Settings of the Power button: In the Power options window that opens, find the "Change currently unavailable Settings" link and click.
5. Turn off Quick Boot: Scroll to the bottom of the page, in the "Shutdown Settings" section, and make sure the "Enable Quick Boot (recommended)" check box is deselected.
Save changes: Click "Save changes".
After completing the above steps, the quick boot will be disabled.
For the motherboard, you can try to install or update your motherboard driver, you can go to the computer's brand official website to download, which can do some BIOS refresh.
In addition, I think it may also be related to some software, you can directly enter the safe mode Start your PC in safe mode in Windows - Microsoft Support for sleep test, see if it will wake up, and then use the command to check.
You can try it out by referring to the steps above, and after that, give some feedback and I will further support you.
Best regards
