My computer keeps rebooting itself over and over after the windows xp screens.

My computer keeps rebooting itself over and over after the windows xp screens. It even does it when i try to put it in safe mode. Is there anything i can do to at least get pass this screen?

Hi Kheta,

 

  1. Have you made any recent changes on the computer?
  2. Do you receive any error message?
  3. When was the last time it was working fine?

 

Boot the computer using the Disable automatic restart on system failure option and check if you receive any error message and post back with the details.

  1. Restart the computer.
  2. As the computer is restarting, press the F8 key repeatedly until you see the Windows Advanced Options screen.
  3. Use the arrow keys to select Disable automatic restart on system failure and then press ENTER.

 

If you do not receive the Windows logon screen then refer the article below and try the steps mentioned.
