My Computer isn't reading my mini disc.

I have a HP Pavilion dm4 running windows 7. I have some mini discs I bought to record video on. When I insert them in the tray then close them they do not pop up on my computer or show up in the DVD RW Drive. I can insert the discs and hear noise but it goes away and nothing happens.

  • Did you record the video using the same PC?
