My Camera wont turn on

I have a Lenovo Yoga that has Windows 10 home and the built-in camera won't turn on. I've tried hitting F8 to see if that does anything and to no avail. I've tried restarting my laptop, and again nothing. Im not entirely sure what else I can do

If you open the CAMERA app on your Yoga, does it "find" the camera, or does it say "no camera found" ?
