My C: disk needs repairing constantly

Hi,

Just for reference

CPU = AMD Rysen 5 5600x

GPU = AMD Radeon RX 6700 XT

Memory = G Skills Ripjaws V 16GB

Storage = PCIe SSD

Motherboard = ASUS Prime B550M-A

Operating System = Windows 11 Home 64-bit

I have had my PC for two years now. Around a month ago I dusted it and changed the cpu's thermal paste. For a while now, my pc every couple of hours of use will die on me. One of the errors I get is PFN list corruption. Sometimes, the BSOD is so blurry and difficult to read that I can't even get the error message. I have attached a screenshot of what my viewer log looks like. I don't know what's wrong. Because of this, I recently reset everything. I opted for all files to be destroyed. So, I don't understand what else I can do. Is it one of my parts? I checked BIOS and settings, and it says that everything is performing just fine. I also have Trend Micro Antivirus+ if that helps.

Sometimes I will run sfc /scannow and it will detect corrupted files and fix them. Sometimes I run it and it doesn't detect anything. Other times I will run DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /CheckHealth or /RestoreHealth or sometimes both. Nothing really ever comes up. I have also run chkdsk c: /f /r /x. The one thing I know for sure is that the errors always have something to do with my SSD.

Thanks in advance.

Just another update, I ran chkdsk C: /f /r /x again and I attached the result.

What is the exact model of your SSD drive?
Please right-click on System in Event Viewer and select "Save…" to get evtx file. Do not use any filtering, informational events may be meaningful too. Share this file to OneDrive for analysis.

Thanks for your help in advance. I have attached a screenshot of the properties of the SSD. I am not sure if that's it. And I have attached the event viewer link as well.

I may suppose this is a problem with SSD. Please ask SSD manufacturer for test tool.
