Dear Devesh Dhull,

Thanks for your post in Microsoft Community.

I’m sorry to hear that your Bluetooth headphones are experiencing stuttering and crackling sounds when connected to Windows 11.

Here are some software-related possibilities to check:

1. Open the Device Manager (Win + X, then select "Device Manager"), find "Bluetooth" in the Device Manager and expand it. Right-click your Bluetooth device and select "Uninstall Device". In the Uninstall Device dialog box, check "Delete this driver software" and click "Uninstall". Restart your computer and Windows will automatically detect and reinstall the driver for your Bluetooth device.

2. Visit the device manufacturer's website to find the latest driver related to your Bluetooth device. After downloading and installing the driver, restart your computer.

3. Reset the Bluetooth service, press Win + R to open "Run", enter "services.msc", and press Enter. Find "Bluetooth Support Service" in the "Services" window, right-click "Bluetooth Support Service", and select "Properties", set "Startup Type" to "Automatic", and then click the "Start" button to start the service, click "Apply", and then click "OK".

4. Find and run the “Bluetooth” troubleshooter to see if it can automatically fix the issue.Scan and repair damaged system files. Refer to the following link for operation.

Use the System File Checker tool to repair missing or corrupted system files - Microsoft Support

If the above methods do not solve your problem, please check your Bluetooth hardware to make sure the device is not damaged and is installed correctly. If possible, try testing the Bluetooth device on another computer to rule out hardware failure.

I hope these steps help you solve the issue with your Bluetooth headphones! If the problem persists, please let me know, and I’ll continue to help you find other solutions.

Best regards
