my action center in taskbar doesn't open

My action center in the taskbar doesn't work, dunno why, I searched in YouTube, and I tried every method but none of them worked, I found out about this problem a few months ago :'/ Can anyone tell me what the actual problem could be ;-;

When was the last time it worked properly?

Please let me know if you have tried the methods below.

**Restart Windows Explorer

Press Ctrl + Shift + Esc to open Task Manager.
Select the Processes tab.
Scroll down and look for Windows Explorer
Right click then select Restart.

**Please try to run SFC and DISM to check for any system errors and corrupted files.

After that, Restart your PC

**Repair all Windows apps via PowerShell
Press Windows key+X then select PowerShell (Admin)
Copy and paste the command below one at a time then press Enter. Please ignore the red errors and let the process complete.

Get-AppxPackage Microsoft.Windows.ShellExperienceHost | foreach {Add-AppxPackage -register "$($_.InstallLocation)\appxmanifest.xml" -DisableDevelopmentMode}

Get-AppXPackage | Foreach {Add-AppxPackage -DisableDevelopmentMode -Register "$($_.InstallLocation)\AppXManifest.xml"}

Restart your computer

Hey, thanks for your approach!

I tried all of the things that you mentioned but sadly none of them worked :')) It did respond like this for a bit but later it didn't
I noticed this issue 5/6 months ago :")
Will updating my windows from 10 to 11 help make the action center work? It has been around 2 years since I bought my laptop and I got the suggestion to update it to Windows 11 but as Windows 11 was new at that time I didn't update as I didn't want to face any buggy issue.

Thank you for updating me with that information. I apologize that the above methods did not resolve the issue.

I recommend creating a new local administrator account then check if the issue is not profile specific.
