My acer that has always worked smooth is encountering serious problems---help, pls! (log included)

Hello everyone,

I have a Acer Aspire ES1-531/ 64 bit/ Windows 10 1803

I have had problems with my acer freezing in the past month more frequently, thought it's been happening since July I just never really noticed as it happened not very regularly. I have now ,alongside dealing with occasional and regular freezes, completely lost my network adapter (tried to uninstall because it wasn't working and then when I restarted my laptop the network adapter disappeared and I cannot relocate it).

Before the logs, I wanted to say that my acer charger isn't exactly working great. I have to place it in a very particular position for my laptop to charge or else it will go off. I thought I'd use it until it completely stopped working. Do you think this can cause the issue I am dealing with? I also have a bios update of v1.11. Thing is when I go online via acer product support online I see five different bios updates that seem to have come out after the v1.11 (1.15, 1.16, 1.18, 1.19, 1.22).

Hi Vijay,

Thank you for your response. I tried to link the zipped file to One drive and unfortunately my One drive isn't working, it won't upload any files or folders from my desktop. I am connected to the internet via my mobile basically through Bluetooth so not sure if this is causing any potential issues.

Hi Vijay,

Thanks for your reply. I was online on Onedrive but was having problems uploading due to connection via bluetooth. The system felt like it was crashing down so I had no option but to try a restore point. It was unsuccessful because norton security couldn't restore a file. However, for whatever reason trying restore point and failing alongside unplugging my mouse usb may have contributed my network adapter beig restored but viewing recent event logs I am still dealing with critical error logs.

Here is th Onedrive link to the error logs https://1drv.ms/f/s!AmrVms0kqh_bingj4yw1jG_rD-hq

Thought it might help if i write down steps ive taken as I've now lost network adapter.

I ran a health check and sfcscannow yesterday with no problems detected.

On device manager only the network adapter is missing, everything else is fine.

Im checking out a few other options to retify this, any additional tips from anyone would be greatly welcomed.

Thanks.
