See the steps below.
1. Open the link sign-in helper
2. Click "Contact Customer Service" at the bottom. (If what you see is to log in to contact support staff, then otherwise you can follow step 3)
3. In this section, you need to sign in to your personal Microsoft account.
Note: Only the personal MSA can be logged in, the company account login cannot display the correct content. If the account can't be connected, you can use a different account or create a new one;
4. Select "Other Products" under Products & Services, select "Manage Account Security," and click Confirm.
5. Select "Chat with Support Specialist in Web Browser" to access the chat window.
