MTP USB Device Driver problem

Hi, I've been having some troubles lately with my phone and my Windows 10 PC. Previously, I was able to connect my phone (Samsung Galaxy A52 5G) to my PC and I was able to see it's files in file explorer, now, I can't do that. In device manager, the phone shows up as "MTP USB Device" with a yellow exclamation mark. The driver it's using is from 2006 apparently and I tried to find new drivers, I tried to use a different USB port, and updating Windows. When I manually search for drivers and click on "MTP USB Device, error code 31 comes up."

Just to let people know, I tried multiple of the "fixes" people did, to no avail. I also tried a fresh install from USB and the reset menu. In the end, I created a backup of my files and did a fresh install from Dell SupportAssist, although that won't apply to everyone.
