MSN Free game zone

I too have been experiencing problems with the MSN free game zone, however my error message reads 'sorry, video not found.'  I've had this problem since the 4th of July weekend.  

I now own a Mac, but I've never experienced this problem before, even with my old PC (HP).  I've looked up this problem on the web and it said to try to using their suggestions and using other options for my Mac and 'pretend' to be using IE (10), which didn't work, so then I opted to try Google (for Windows) as suggested, but no luck either.  Obviously there is a problem with the MSN website, however they are not acknowledging it.  

MSN should realize that when they get more than a dozen people (or more) complaining about the same or even similar problems (in and around the same time period), obviously it's the website, not each person's computer.  And these are complaints from the people who have actually logged on to notify MSN of the problem, which I'm sure that there are countless of others who are having this problem, but have not personally notified MSN about it (somehow hoping the problem will resolve itself).

I hope this issue gets resolved soon.  So I hope that MSN will look further into this issue, not just thinking that its the person's computer, because  I really do enjoy playing several of the games on MSN.

PS... Here it is July 7th and I'm still experiencing the same problem, yet this time I have also tried using a different computer (Dell PC) with and without logging on, and while I don't get the notification "sorry, no videos found" the game itself does not come up, it's just a blank (black) screen.  So MSN - I really do think that this problem is on your end, not on the end of each person's computer.

I have the same problem with the msn gamezone.

I tried various browsers as well as computers with the same result.

It must be an msn issue

I keep getting sent back to the start page of games when I attempt to log in.    What';s up?

No, it's not your imagination. I've been trying to play in MSN free game zone for several days now and I get this:

MSN Games is currently experiencing technical difficulties. (error 500-13) Sorry, the web page you requested is not available. We apologize for this temporary outage and are working to return you to your game. Please try again later.    Try Again  Home page

When I click in Try Again it takes to MSN homepage.

I do not know what are they waiting for to fix it.....or give an explanation.

Worst thing is that there is no place to complain!!

well...here it is July 26th and the MSN gaming zone (particularly Hearts) is still on the fritz.  but since there are still mean players on the site having my ratings unaffected makes me happy.  I am not sure why a free service to the public is in such disarray, and it makes me feel unsecure as far as MSN goes. why one of the top internet systems is suffering  such draw backs is weird. and maybe they should stop outsourcing much of their work and call Bill Gates back for reconstruction. I am guessing for saying this, I will suffer the penalty of never being able to access MSN again without complications. cause from talking with other people, the ones who seem to express dissatisfaction the most, are the ones who are getting more error messages or shut out from the site than anyone else. again...a sense of insecurity, and justifiably so.  oh and btw, yahoo also outsource their security programming. quality is certainly lost when no longer handled by Americans.

Aug. 3rd, at this point MSN Free zone games with all its problems etc., is being abusive.  There seems to be no help or hope for resolution. Take the thing off the web, period.  Why isn't there someone we can go to help us? Isn't there some sort of federal regulation about misleading web content, or something? No BBB for users? And it's not a problem with all the games, just the one that require good programming.
