Movie & TV app isn't available in your country or region

I bought a new laptop recently with Windows 11 and the Movie & TV app is not working. Previously on my old PC which has Windows 10, the app itself is working perfectly find even after re-installation so I'm pretty sure it's not a country or region issue.

Here are what i've tried:

+ Reseting the app

+ Re-install the app

+ Repair the app

+ Using ISO image to repair Windows

This is my laptop's specs and ports:

- Windows 11 Pro 22H2 (OS Build 23403.1001)

- Ryzen 7 6800H

- RTX 3060 Laptop GPU

- 1x RJ45 LAN port
- 1x USB 3.2 Gen 2 Type-C
- 1x USB 3.2 Gen 2 Type-C supports DisplayPort™ / power delivery / G-SYNC
- 2x USB 3.2 Gen 1 Type-A

I understand that you are getting the error message "Movies and TV content is not available in your country or region" in Windows 11;

Is your system and Microsoft Store language set to English?

The app is currently available for the following countries: Australia, Austria, Belgium, Brazil, Canada, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Mexico, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United States United Kingdom and United Kingdom;

Try changing the Microsoft Store language;

Access the Microsoft Store online:https://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/p/?linkid=830371
Scroll down the page to the end;
At the bottom of the page you can change the language;

Then try to open the Movies and TV app;

I am having the same issue. Mine was working perfectly fine up until recently.

It occurred after I reset my PC (I cloud downloaded the fresh window copy, if this has anything to do with it) so it cannot be a country or region issue also I tried changing the language as you suggested but it didn't work for me.

Windows 11 uses the new Media Player app instead--not the old Windows media player nor Movies and TV app.

You might have to install the new Media Player app.

Me too, but I run Windows 11 Pro 23H2. But, there are a few differences........ Just that I'm a insider and my laptop is old and it is a Dell Inspiron 15 3000. Btw, I live in india.

I also Have this problem in India, I run Windows 11 Pro Insider Preview 25951.1010

Version- 23H2
