Mouse Double Click Bug

Since I updated to Windows 11 I have a bug where most of the time a double click is issued when I only click once. No matter if I am using the browser or the file explorer or my programs. It happens everywhere. And it makes using my computer a complete nuisance.

I have multiple mouses so I plugged in a different one that yielded the same results. I also have a laptop that has still windows 10 installed. And with that both my mouses work perfectly fine 100% of the time. I made sure that I have the newest updates but for my Windows 11 pc the issue persists!
