Windows 10 screen freezes and pixels start appearing in display + monitor loses signal randomly but PC remains turned on.

I have been having this problem for a month now and it is still not resolved yet.

Basically the video shows a monitor that has probably stopped working somehow I mean I'm tryna say that the screen has no response, I tapped on some keys in the keyboard and clicking the mouse, as well as moving the mouse and still no response, and you'll be seeing random dots or pixels in the screen that are colored red.

This occurs for probably 10-30 minutes and I've been tryna fix this problem since the first place, and I even let my Father help me fix this issue. I replaced the power supply unit, the thermal grease/paste and CPU Cooler and even cleaned some of the computer components and even re-installed the Windows of this computer from Windows 11 to Windows 10 to remove corrupted files that I've downloaded and installed before.

There are two endings to this occurring:

1. The Monitor goes black and shows a message saying NO SIGNAL and just goes black after, but the PC with all of the LED COOLERS, Motherboard are still powered on and the sound will sound choppy during this occurrence. The keyboard and mouse and webcam will not work during this occurrence also.

2. The screen will freeze and dots or pixels will appear on the screen without any warning plus the monitor doesn't go black, and as always, the PC with all of the Computer components are still powered on and the sound will still sound choppy. Keyboard, Mouse and Webcam will not work during this occurrence.

Please share this statement to the world to find a solution. Just spread this video on websites and hopefully someone can try to solve the issue.
