Minecraft Legacy Account Migration Is Currently On Hold Issue

Hello, 

Since January, I have been trying to play Minecraft after many years. I used to play when players used a "Minecraft Account." I assume the account system changed to a "Mojang Account," and now linking to a "Microsoft Account." However, my attempts of trying to migrate haven't been successful as the migration has been on hold? The website https://account.mojang.com/migrate has said the same thing, "If you still have a legacy Minecraft account (also known as Minecraft Premium) you’ll have to wait until we start the move to Microsoft accounts in early 2021. But no worries — you’ll be able to keep playing Minecraft: Java Edition with your current account until then." The issue is that it's not allowing me to play on my old account and I am being forced to use a Microsoft account which has not been issued? This whole situation is confusing and I am wondering how this can be resolved or if I have to wait any longer (even though it said early 2021). I also saw on Minecraft.net that I won't be able to play Minecraft if I don't migrate? I don't want to use another account because I want to revisit old servers with my stats intact. If anyone can help or provide undisclosed information, please do so.

My apologies and I understand that you are unable to login and play Minecraft JE that is on (Minecraft Premium). Have you tried to reset your password from this link (https://account.mojang.com/login) and then click on Forgot password and see if it will work?
If it will still be the same even after trying the above, I would suggest to reach out to Mojang for them to verify and cross check your account on their end as they will be able to verify this (as to why you are unable to play using your Minecraft Premium) and inform you accordingly and again my apologies if I will not be able to disclose further information as I do not have access to user accounts.
