I have tried that, and when I try to download the software, I get an error. (Maybe I am just doing something wrong). So the software never fully finishes (fails to complete). Also, at the end of the error it tells me to refer to Help and support. I have tried it mutable times, I have also restarted my computer and nothing has changed. Thank you so much for your help!

1. Clean the update cache

It is recommended that you try to clean the junk files and Windows update cache in the system first. Please run Command Prompt as an administrator ("Win" logo key + "Q", enter "cmd", select "Run as administrator"), and enter the following commands one by one.

net stop wuauserv

net stop bits

net stop cryptsvc

rd /s /q c:\Windows\SoftwareDistribution

rd /s /q %temp%

rd /s /q c:\Windows\temp

net start wuauserv

net start bits

net start cryptsvc

2 Check system update

You can follow the directions below to check system update. On the desktop click "Start" > "Settings" > "Update & Security" > "Windows Update" >"Check for updates".

3. Reinstall Framework

According to the current situation, it cannot be ruled out that your current troubles are caused by problems with other Frame work.
