Microsoft Visual C++ 2015 Redistributable (x64) and (x86) missing

Like the title says it's missing. I found out while trying to launch a video game and I suspect it's what is keeping Adobe Adobe premiere pro from not launching either.I tried reinstalling it but it says that there is another version of the product already installed so I went on Control Panel\Programs\Programs and Features to try to uninstall it and it wasn't there. Specifically only the 2015 version, Visual C++ 2005-2017 were still there.

You need to uninstall then reinstall them again and make sure you install both the 32 and 64 bit version. Learn more:

If uninstalling VC++ 2017 then restarting won't allow installing 2015 then you may need to uninstall all Visual C++ Redistibutables, run a Disk Check, and then reinstall them in order: http://steamcommunity.com/app/211820/discussion...

I tried uninstalling Visual C++ 2017 (x64) and got this message

I also tried uninstalling the (x86) and it says Setup Successful but its not disappearing

Download the installer package and try to redirect using the Browse button to the installation package, ,which apparently has been removed.

I copied and pasted the User source and it led me to a folder that contains what the installer wants. It does this for both installing and uninstalling this.

It wouldn't prompt for the file if it was complete. That's why I suggested providing a the path to a freshly downloaded install package.

Just to make sure we're on the same page, we're talking about installing this package right? If so, I run the downloaded file and I click install, then it gives me the same exact error.
