Hi ITawtITawaPuddyTat

Open the Settings App (gear icon on your Start Menu)

Go to Update and Security - Troubleshoot

Run the Store Apps Troubleshooter

Close the Settings App

Click your Start Button type services and hit Enter

For each of the following services, find them in the list of services, then double click them, if they are not already Started, start them and set their Startup type to Automatic

Windows Update
Background Intelligent Transfer Service
Cryptographic Service

Close the Services App

Click your Start Button type cmd, then right click Command Prompt and choose 'Run as Administrator'

Copy all the following commands and paste them into the command window in one go and hit Enter

net stop wuauserv
net stop cryptSvc
net stop bits
net stop msiserver
ren C:\Windows\SoftwareDistribution SoftwareDistribution.old
ren C:\Windows\System32\catroot2 catroot2.old
net start wuauserv
net start cryptSvc
net start bits
net start msiserver

Wait for the all commands to complete.

Close the Command Prompt and restart (not shut down) your PC . . .

Hi ITawtITawaPuddyTat
I am Vijay, an Independent Advisor. Please try these options one by one and check after each option.

1. Reset Windows Store through Command Prompt
Type cmd in Windows Search box > Right click on Command Prompt > Run As Administrator > Type WSreset.exe and click Enter > Reboot your computer

2. Re-register All Store apps (You will get many Reds, ignore them. This will reinstall all default Store apps, hence if you have uninstalled any default Store app, that will get reinstalled)
Windows Key+X > Windows Powershell (Admin) > Copy the following from below and right click in Powershell to paste > Enter > Restart your computer

Get-AppXPackage -AllUsers | Foreach {Add-AppxPackage -DisableDevelopmentMode -Register "$($_.InstallLocation)\AppXManifest.xml"}

3. Uninstall & Reinstall Store
Windows Key+X > Windows Powershell (Admin) > Copy the following from below and right click in Powershell to paste > Enter

Get-AppxPackage -allusers Microsoft.WindowsStore | Remove-AppxPackage

Copy the following from below and right click in Powershell to paste > Enter > Reboot your computer

Get-AppxPackage -allusers Microsoft.WindowsStore | Foreach {Add-AppxPackage -DisableDevelopmentMode -Register “$($_.InstallLocation)\AppXManifest.xml”}

4. If nothing from above works, I would recommend that you perform a Windows 10 repair upgrade (This is not Reset or Reinstall of Windows). Repair upgrade fixes all Windows errors and retains all files, applications and settings. (You will not lose any data while backup is a good idea) Below is a good guide to perform repair upgrade
