Microsoft Store will not find folder to install a game.

I was trying to reinstall the Minecraft launcher off of the Microsoft Store and had an issue occur. After clicking install and waiting a few minutes it would show something saying "We'll install this game to a new folder in this location:" however it just wouldn't load the folder name no matter how long I waited. I've already tried logging out and logging back in to the Microsoft Store. I tried checking settings to see if there's anywhere I can change where games are installed but there didn't seem to be anything. I've tried installing something else and it worked just fine, so I think that I might be missing the folder the app needs to be installed from. I tried searching up my issue but I couldn't find anything that helped my problem.

Yes, here is a photo of the issue. I've left this running for about an hour and the bar where its meant to show the file location isn't loading.

I forgot to mention in the first post that I've already tried WSReset.exe. I've repaired the XBOX app with the steps you've provided and I tried launching the Xbox app. When trying to launch the Xbox app I got error with the code "0x80070424".

I'm experiencing the same issue. Will I lose my Microsoft Office license if I follow this method? It came with the hardware.
