Hi Gwy Darrel Maluya,

Thanks for your post in Microsoft Community.

I'm Mosken, I do apologize for the inconvenience that you're experiencing right now, let me help you sort things out.

According to your description, I knew that your Microsoft Store doesn't open properly, it's always stuck on the start screen and display it's loading. If my understanding is wrong, please correct me in the reply.

First of all, I suggest you try changing your DNS, as the slow page loading may be due to network issues. Win+Q to open the search box, enter 'ncpa.cpl', press Enter to open the "Network Connections" window, select your network adapter, right-click > "Properties" , double-click "Internet Protocol Version (TCP/IP)", then Set as shown below. Then try open Microsoft Store.

If that still doesn't work, you can reset your Microsoft Store (don't worry, your previously downloaded software won't disappear). Win+Q to open the search box, enter 'Microsoft store', right-click "Microsoft Store" > "More" > "App settings" > "Reset". Then try open Microsoft Store.

The above steps are provided based on the information I have learned so far, I wish that will be helpful to you. If your problem still cannot be solved by these steps, you could tell me the specific situation in the next reply. I will continue to assist you in solving the problem.

Best Regards,

Thank you for helping, I tried doing your way to resolve the issue, unfortunately, it maybe wasn't enough to solve the problem. I still have the same problem, I'm stuck in the loading screen.

Hi Gwy Darrel Maluya,

1. You can try the Troubleshooter of the Microsoft Store. On the desktop click "Start" >"Settings" - "System" - "Troubleshooting" - "Other Troubleshooting" - select "Windows Store Apps" - click "Run" and follow the prompts.

2. Please confirm that the region and time settings in the Microsoft account you log in to the Microsoft Store are consistent with the environment you are in, or change the geographic settings in the Windows settings to be consistent with the settings in your Microsoft account. On the desktop click "Start" > "Settings" > "Time & Language" > "Language & Region" and set it up.

3. Try cleaning the Microsoft Store cache. Win+R to open "Run", type "wsreset.exe", and hit enter (this will open a blank "Command Prompt" window, which will close and automatically open the Microsoft Store after about 10 seconds).

4. Then try reinstalling the Microsoft Store. Please run Power Shell as an administrator ("Win" logo key + "Q", enter "PowerShell ", select "Run as administrator"), and enter the following command.

$manifest = (Get-AppxPackage Microsoft.WindowsStore).InstallLocation + '\AppxManifest.xml' ; Add-AppxPackage -DisableDevelopmentMode -Register $manifest

The above steps are provided based on the information I have learned so far, I wish that will be helpful to you. If your problem still cannot be solved by these steps, you could tell me the specific situation in the next reply. I will continue to assist you in solving the problem.
