microsoft store connection error

microsoft store error. Even running SFC, DISM, etc. did not fix the problem.

We believe that the cause is that the store connection information has been lost. If you know how to fix it, please let me know.

Hi,
I'm Sumit, here to answer your query at the Microsoft Community.


This is a WU Error. Do the following 2 things.

Press Windows+R keys on the keyboard, or Right-click Start on the Taskbar and choose Run.

Type "WSRESET - i" without quotes.

Press Enter.

Wait for the process to complete.

Try doing a repair install. A repair Install keeps everything, including Files and applications, and reinstalls Windows.

To do a repair install, just follow the steps below:

Download the Media Creation Tool from this link.

After the download finishes, open the tool and select Upgrade this PC option.
